How to Order / Terms:

• Our Lapidary Equipment and Supplies section features a Secure Online Shopping Cart which offers a total price on the items and includes our base rate for shipping, though some orders may have additional shipping fees (see "Shipping" below).
  THE SHOPPING CART SECTION CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.

• Our other sections- Rough and Cut gems, Settings, Jewelry, etc.- are generally items where people would like more personalized service; all that is required is to click on any of our email links (most pages have them at the bottom) or send an email to: orders@gemcutter.com.
  IF YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER FOR THE ABOVE ITEMS: go to "Lapidary Supplies" (a link is above), then "check out" - this will show your order as our default $7.50 s/h fee - and fill in your billing and shipping info. There is a "Comments" box at the bottom where you can list the items you want; they will not show up on your online order summary form, but we will receive the list and fill your order.

• All colors and measurements are to be considered estimates only; Please inspect your order when you receive it and form your own determinations.
• Of course, we offer 15-day return privilege on unaltered materials for refund, credit, or exchange.

Payment:

• We accept VISA/MC. While we don't advocate putting credit card numbers into the Net, we do leave it up to you. Our shopping cart is on a Secure Server for maximum security. If you want to email us your phone number and the best time(s) to reach you, we will be glad to call you to verify your order/card number.

• We accept personal, business, or bank checks. E-mail to check item availability and/or hold items that you are sending payment for. We will mail your order when payment arrives. We will generally hold items for 10 days unless other arrangements are made.

Shipping: In the USA will usually be through the US mail, insured; add $7.50 per order on rough, cut stones, settings, and other low-weight items. Equipment and supplies over 1 pound (laps, etc.) may be billed extra, depending on weight.
Outside of the USA expect $16.00 USD per order plus USPS mailing charges. Shipping may be more, depending on order weight.

Tax: Sorry, but for Washington residents, I have to collect WA state sales tax in addition to the above.
